Retainer (Specific Technical Skill)
Includes regular system maintenance, software and hardware upgrades, and network administration. (Different rates and/or discounts may apply for retainer or project services)
Project (Bail-out or Specific Skill)
This will include such things as consulting on major purchases and system/network installation and testing. (Different rates and/or discounts may apply for retainer or project services)
